The staff was friendly and cute, always providing rapid responses to our requests and inquiries. They made our stay enjoyable and were there to fulfill our needs, even in the late hours. the hotel's cleanliness was up to standards, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks to our experience. The bed pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable, suggesting a need for softer pillow options.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is easy to go by Metro to the city centre and it is in the center close to Besiktas ferry where you are able to cross to the Asia side. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a decent selection of options, and the view from the restaurant was great.

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities such as a well-equipped Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, body scrub, massage. the staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant served a delicious breakfast with buffet and special diet menus. The private facilities such as treatment room, steam room, waxing, manicure, pedicure, Turkish bath. Cons: the hotel's location is slightly inconvenient, but taxis were quick to arrive. the only minor issue we had was the limited TV channels available in the room. this hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs and provided excellent service with exclusive amenities.

The staff were cool and helpful, always smiling. Tunay abi was especially amazing. The spa was fantastic, and the location is lovely if you want to stay away from the crowded area. They even offered us a free upgrade, so kind.

Entering this hotel is like entering another world of luxury and indulgence. the exclusive amenities provided in the Spa & wellness centre are extraordinary and perfect for unwinding. the indoor swimming pool is a perfect retreat from the heat outside, and the sauna was a great touch. I had a truly heavenly massage and the spa lounge was an excellent way to relax before and after. the treatment room was spacious and refreshing. the Turkish bath was a unique and refreshing experience. The bar area and restaurant provided a brilliant atmosphere and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch of luxury. Cons: the only minor downside was that the buffet breakfast selection was limited. the special diet menus provided ample choices that were exclusive to the venue and palatable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, which recently changed ownership. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with a modern TV and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The highlight was definitely the fine views from the rooftop restaurant and bar, overlooking the Bosphorus, Marmara Sea, and Besiktas. The location was convenient for business travelers heading to the Asian part of Istanbul and the short distance from Atatürk airport was a plus. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
